Editorial policy
How we write
Rules we hold ourselves to so that a skeptical reader can check our work.
Sourcing
- Every post ends with a Sources list of the pages we actually read. Vendor pages are cited as vendor pages.
- Prices and versions carry the date we checked them.
- If we could not verify something, we say so rather than guess. "See vendor page" is an acceptable answer.
Language
- We never describe a script as undetectable, ban-proof or safe.
- We do not repeat vendor superlatives ("#1", "best in the world") as fact.
- We describe what a script does mechanically, not what the marketing says it feels like.
Testing
Reviews follow the drill set on the how we test page. Scores are session ratings and are labelled as such.
Corrections
Errors are fixed in place. The "Last updated" date on each post reflects the most recent substantive change. Material corrections are noted in the text.
Independence
See the disclosure. No affiliate links, no sponsored content, no vendor review copies.
