Champ V4 (Ozark Scripts) review: a 2K26 mod-menu script with an unverified price
Ozark Scripts' Champ V4 is an NBA 2K26 Cronus Zen script visible through an aggregator library with a $60 value label. We tested the 2K26 file, explain what it does, and why it is not on our 2K27 rankings.

Pros
- Clean mod-menu layout that is easier to navigate than most 2K26 menus
- Ships a values spreadsheet, a script PDF and a video guide
- Creator has a track record with the Valor line for shooters
Cons
- NBA 2K26 only; no 2K27 build found as of 2026-09-02
- No direct storefront located; the $60 is an aggregator value label
- Update cadence in late 2K26 was slower than the leading scripts
- Slot footprint is large; awkward alongside other scripts on an 8-slot Zen
What is Champ V4?
Champ V4 is the NBA 2K26 script from Ozark Scripts, a creator we can only see through Cronus Zen Central's library. Ozark is better known for the Valor line (V2 through V4.2) for Black Ops 7; Champ is the basketball offering.
The listing describes a mod menu with the usual categories — auto-green, tempo, dribbles, quick-stop, defense, stamina — and lists a values spreadsheet, a script PDF and a video guide as included materials. That documentation set is above average for a 2K26 mid-tier script and is the main reason the docs score is where it is.
Why is the price "unverified"?
Cronus Zen Central puts a dollar figure on every script in its library. For Champ V4 it is $60. But the aggregator's figures are labelled as values rather than checkout prices, and its own pricing is by subscription tier ($15/month Basic, $25/month Premium, lifetime options). We searched for an Ozark Scripts storefront to confirm what Champ actually costs when bought directly and did not find one.
So: $60 is what the listing says. We cannot tell you that is what you would pay, or to whom.
How did it test?
We tested the 2K26 file on 2K26 (our archived rig) and on 2K27 (for completeness). Xbox Series X, 6'8" wing, standard drills.
| Drill | On NBA 2K26 | On NBA 2K27 (2K26 offsets) |
|---|---|---|
| Open threes (50) | 42 (84%) | 27 (54%) |
| Off-dribble (50) | 36 (72%) | 18 (36%) |
| Fades (25) | 16 (64%) | 8 (32%) |
| Free throws (25) | 24 | 22 |
The 2K26 column is a fair mid-tier result: below Glory and MVP, comparable to the average menu script. The 2K27 column is what every 2K26 table does on 2K27 animations and is not a score for Champ.
What it does well
The menu is genuinely well organised. Categories are where you expect them, the modifier scheme is consistent, and the video guide walks through the whole thing in about twelve minutes. Players coming from a messier menu (and 2K26 had several) found Champ easy to live with.
The values spreadsheet is a real document with per-build rows, which puts it ahead of the many vendors who ship a Discord pin.
What holds it back
No 2K27 build. The disqualifier for the rankings.
No first-party channel. Everything about Champ — the file, the docs, the price — reaches us through an aggregator. That means the aggregator's refund policy, the aggregator's versioning, and no way to confirm the creator's own terms.
Update cadence. In the second half of the 2K26 cycle, Champ updates lagged the leading scripts by days after patches. That was tolerable in 2K26. It is the pattern that predicts a slow or absent 2K27 build.
Footprint. The compiled script is large. On an 8-slot Zen alongside other scripts, we had to drop a GamePack to fit it. Slot management →
What to buy instead
If you liked Champ's menu, the 2K27 equivalents are FeatureZens Dynasty ($64.99, review) for depth, or Green ($50 on auto-green.gg) for a full menu from a vendor with a same-day patch record. If you would trade the menu for a generator, yew2K ($64.99). All three are on the rankings.
If you want to wait for a 2K27 Champ, watch the Ozark creator page on Cronus Zen Central and treat any "Champ 2K27" file appearing in a Discord bundle as a renamed 2K26 build until the creator says otherwise.
The usual caveat
Champ V4, like every script on this site, is an unauthorized third-party tool under 2K's Code of Conduct for Fair Play, with penalties up to a permanent account or device ban. Ban risk →
Verdict
Champ V4 was a competent, well-documented mid-tier 2K26 script. It has no 2K27 build, no verifiable price and no first-party storefront, so we cannot recommend buying it to play NBA 2K27 and we do not rank it. The 6.2 is a 2K26-era score. If a 2K27 Champ ships through a channel we can verify, we will test it.
